Can I switch tiers?
Absolutely. All engagements are month-to-month. Need more hands-on time? Scale up. Things stabilised? Scale down. Most clients start with one tier and adjust as their needs evolve.
What does a "day" include?
A full working day of embedded time with your team — standups, code reviews, architecture sessions, mentoring, hands-on development. Not just "available if you need me." I'm in the trenches with your people.
Do you require a minimum commitment?
No lock-in contracts. I ask for a 30-day notice to wind down, but you're never stuck. That said, meaningful change usually takes at least 3 months — so I'll be honest about what's realistic in a shorter timeframe.
What about project-based work?
Defined projects (system audits, architecture redesigns, migration planning) are scoped and quoted separately. Get in touch with a brief description and I'll send a clear proposal within a week.
